Monday Motivation.



I cannot explain this feeling enough; but this adrenaline that Courtney speaks of creates the “runner’s high.” Once you have it, you never want to lose it. But the beauty of running is you know exactly how you can get it back.

To everyone in the middle of or kicking off spring training, just remember the feeling and know each run, training day, rest day, mile repeat, brings you that much closer.
